Photoshop Create Double Glow Effect
Hi everyone, welcome to today’s tutorial, where we will learn about how to create a double glow effect.
1. click move tool, and click and drag image selection to the orange canvas
2. click Layer Styles button, and select Outer Glow
3. click color box, and select white color, and click OK
4. increase size to 20 pixels
5. increase spread to 10%
6. press Ctrl + J, to duplicate current layer
7. drag new layer below old layer
8. click Layer Styles button, and select Outer Glow
9. click color box, and select yellow color, and click OK
10. increase size to 28 pixels (this causes another ‘larger’ glow to appear behind the previous glow, which is the double glow effect)
note: you can create a poster using this effect, by adding a new blank layer, and creating a selection with rectangular marquee tool and filling it with black color, and then using white text over this black ‘rectangle’
